Registration

You can register for the full conference (Mon – Thu) or just for the ZdN event (Mon – Tue). In each case the workshops (Mon) are included. For Bachelor and Master students, we also offer a reduced registration fee (available only until Feb. 17, 2019). All registrations include two social events: Welcome Reception on Monday, March 18, and the Conference dinner on Tuesday, March 19, 2019.

Early bird registration fees are available until Feb. 17, 2019.

An accepted paper implies that at least one author will register at the full rate for the conference and attend the conference to present the publication. Please enter your EDAS paper ID in the registration form. Authors have to register by Feb. 12, 2019.

Payment of Conference fee

Payment for registration, including bank charges and processing fees, must be made in Euro.

The conference fee has to be fully paid in advance. Confirmation of registration will be sent after full payment has been received at the VDE-Conference Services.

The following method of payment is accepted: Online credit card authorization The 16 digit card number, expiry date, security no (last 3 digits on rear side of credit card) and holder’s name must be indicated on the registration form.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, provided that written notice is received at the VDE-Conference Services before February 12, 2019 (except authors registration), the registration fee will be fully refunded less a handling fee of 60,- EUR. After February 4, 2019 no refund will be made. Proceedings will then be sent to the registrant after the conference.

Visa Letter Enquiry

Participants who need a Visa Confirmation Letter are requested to send an email providing the information below to <vde-conferences@vde.com> with subject NetSys 2019 - Confirmation letter for VISA application. Please note that visa application letter will be sent only after completed registration.
